Directions For Use

ADULT DOSAGE: Mild tonsillitis, sinusitis & upper respiratory tract infections: 2 tablets daily. Cold symptom relief: 2 tablets daily. Immune support: 1 tablet daily. Take during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

I take this product in the morning and I find it helps relieve stress and gives a calmer feeling and clearer focus which I love. I also notice an increase in energy levels and feel I get more done, so that is also a bonus. A healthy brain and memory is important, especially as we age so I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is wanting a clearer focus and improved brain health and function and I will buy it again.
