Adult Dosage:
Using the enclosed scoop, mix one level scoop (7.5 g) with 100 mL of water (or more water as desired). Take once daily, approximately 30-60 minutes prior to bed, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Once dissolved, consume immediately.
Not suitable for infants under the age of twelve months.
