For relief of nasal congestion: Rub a thick layer onto chest or throat at night and/or morning. Keep clothing loose to let vapours rise to the nose and mouth. May be covered with a dry soft cloth if desired. For temporary relief of aches and pains: Apply to the affected area 3 to 4 times daily. Rub gently in a circular motion until evenly spread and absorbed.
Camphor 11%, Menthol 8%, Cajuput Oil 13%, Clove Bud Oil 1.5%, Mint Oil Dementholised 16%
- For external use only. Can be fatal to children if swallowed. Not to be used on infants under 2 years of age, pregnant women or nursing mothers, unless on the advice of a physician. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use in conjunction with heat pads.

Targets sore spots
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tiger Balm White Ointment has been a trusted brand and product in my family for generations. I remember my Grandma using it when I was a young child! Now, I am using it on my own children. I love that this can be used on children from 2 years old. It soothes a variety of ailments - blocked nose, joint and muscle pains. The herbal blend of plants have an amazing medicinal effect. Really helps my family to breathe more freely and is a staple product in our medicine box for use at times of colds and flus. Great price and packaging and a household must-have.

Great product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Tiger balm for many years for headaches, but recently use white Tiger Balm. Applied small amount to right temple and forehead resulting in swelling and painful stinging to right eye and hives on my forehead and on skull under my hair. Had to attend emergency clinic as couldn't see, advised antihistamines and cold compress. Feels like a burning sensation, eye still swollen and painful but improving, skin feels like prickly heat. Always extra careful when using topical products so no mistakes but still got a painful reaction. Do not advise."

Love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love Tiger Balm!! First night I got it I put some on my partners lower back, my daughters shoulders and my chest and it worked!! It cleared my nose pretty much instantly, my partners back had some relief, he has an old injury and my daughter couldn’t quite handle the heat for about 10 minutes then it settled down and she had no pain what so ever!! It has a nice smell almost like Vicks but, better and a little goes along way!! I will buy this again for my family and use it more the Vicks. Highly recommended!!

Mighty powerful with multiple uses
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to Influenster for allowing me to trial this tiger balm white. I chose to review this for its help in clearing nasal congestion as we usually use a chest rub when we are unwell.
This menthol and camphor containing balm is strong and leaves a tingly sensation on your throat or chest.
The purpose of this review is to comment on the balm’s ability to soothe muscular aches and pains. So I have also applied some to my shoulders and lower back since they were quite sore and achey. Like my throat and chest, my shoulders and back felt an immediate warming sensation and this helped to alleviate any symptoms of soreness.
The balm itself is quite sticky so it stays on the skin for a long time.

Pot of gold

A cute little glass pot, and it smells divine, wonderfully soothing for headaches but also mild muscle pain. I rub this on my shoulders and neck after getting a new mattress, I wake up with aches and pain but this little bottle helps to ease that. Love using this, really works miracles and you don't need a lot. Much better than chemical laden synthetic pain relief creams

A great alternative to blocked noses

The texture is more thicker and balm like than other products on the market, which makes this product go further. We have been using this over the past few weeks as the kids have been very stuffy and this has really helped with their blocked noses. I am also loving the fragrance, it has a great scent that really helps in alleviating our symptoms.
