Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for kids I was looking for sunscreen for face, containing the most modern ingredients. I did not want zinc or titanium oxides as they are greasy and too white on the skin. All other brands use chemicals, which either bad for nature or irritate eyes. This is only product in Australia, which is easily available at the reasonable price, does not leave white shield, does not irritate eyes and use the most prominent ingredients. I think it is the best sunscreen available in Australian pharmacies. However if you want to use it for face under the make up, it might be a bit greasy. Though 20-30 min later it feels good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from For kids and mums My son loves this sunscreen because it doesn't make him sticky (his pet peeve when it comes to sunscreens). It absorbs quickly without having to spend minutes rubbing it in (you can't make a 7-year old wait that long). I use it as well and I also like that it's not sticky and absorbs quickly. In addition to that, I like that it's fragrance-free and doesn't leave an ashy cast on my olive skin. The special thing about this sunscreen is that it didn't make my skin break out even though it has chemical sunscreen ingredients. Usually my face only tolerates mineral sunscreens and breakout when I use chemical sunscreens. This will definitely be on my repurchase list when it runs out.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The new formulation doesn't suit me I was using the Cetaphil Sunscreen Kids formulation for a few years and found it fantastic! I was excited to try the new formulation sunscreen as Cetaphil is a great brand and has fantastic products. I'm disappointed to say that the new formulation doesn't suit me - in fact my skin (which is really sensitive) had a bad reaction to this sunscreen. It didn't happen immediately but over a few days I started to develop a hive reaction to this sunscreen. So sad that I can't get the old formulation.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great for skin, terrible for clothes! I was put on Cetaphil by my doctor for my son as he has had reactions to other sunscreens, and it proved to be great for him so the whole family started to use it. Unfortunately, it is terrible for your clothes! All our white and light-coloured clothing has stained yellow. doesn't matter what we do, the stains don't wash out. it has cost us a total of about $300 in clothing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaves Stains on Clothing I do not recommend this product while in a swimming pool. The sunscreen reacts with chemicals in swimming pools to create a yellow dye that stains swimwear. Incredibly frustrating to have hundreds of dollars worth of clothing stained.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very happy This is a great sunscreen with high protection! Easy to apply and doesn’t dry out my daughter’s skin like other high zinc based sunscreen can. I’m not sure why there are some bad reviews about staining clothing? That hasn’t happened to us. I do admit I try to keep off the clothing as I just assume that would be the norm with any cream?!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nourishing sunscreen - wird smell, shiny finish I found it hard to decide what star rating to give this product... It is a lovely sunscreen but I find it too shiny to use on my face daily (I have combination/dry, sensitive skin) I have named this year the year of the sunscreen. It has been my aim to find MY perfect sunscreen. A sunscreen that perfectly balances price/volume with cosmetic elegance such that I actually WANT to wear it, and wear the right amount (1/2-1tsp for face and neck + reapplications throughout the day) everyday. Whilst this one is not my fav, it was until recently one of the top few What I love:
- Doesn't sting the skin around my eyes
- Packaging, when you peel back the label it gives you a table of approximate dosage instructions for various ages, I can't believe more sunscreens don't do this - genius!
- The pump dispenser, its no no nonsense so you always dispense and apply the correct amount.
- Consistency - its relatively light and absorbs well for a sunscreen but not so light that you're in danger of under-applying What I don't love:
- The smell. Its not your typical sunscreeny smell, but I find that both of the cetaphil liposomal sunscreens I have tried have this weird musty scent that hands around for as long as you're wearing it. I found it just a bit distracting, I would smell it on my face and hands at random times of the day. Not pleasant.
- The finish. I find it quite shiny on application. This does dull down after a while but it still stays more 'dewy' than I would like. I prefer the Cetaphil Dermacontrol SPF 30+ moisturiser.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great sunscreen, terrible for clothes Like a few other reviewers I really liked this sunscreen and the ingredients it had but all our white clothes have yellow stains on them now that won't come out. It's really unfortunate because otherwise I would have continued using this sunscreen
