Maternity pads
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The difference in womens’ needs in maternity pads compared with normal pads are, they need to be thicker or more absorbent compared with normal pads, longer and more stable but also gentle and soft because I am sure many of us had natural births.
These Kotex maternity pads are thick and long so in terms of being absorbent, they were working ok but I wish they were softer and more gentle as someone who has stitches, it hurts a great deal.

Comfortable and absorbent

Normally with pads, especially maternity pads you think, great I'll be changing a babies nappy and my own, but not with these. They were really comfortable, slimline and absorbent so I never worried about leakage which was great. I would highly recommend these if you are about to have a baby and want something that will do the job and make you feel comfortable and secure.

Absorbent but not the most comfortable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads do their job well. I didn't have by leaks, even with a heavy flow. However I do wish these pads had wings as I found them harder to place without them. I also found them to be a bit uncomfortable, I think that was due to their shape at the front, it would have been nice if they were a little softer on the edges. Overall I'd use them again, but as a backup rather than a first choice.

Very effective would use again
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really did love these pads, they were really absorbent, very long and also kept me feeling dry. I had never used U by Kotex before but when my period regains I will be using their other products. The only thing I would potentially change is that I would prefer wings but for my no wing girlies they are amazing and I feel really eased the stress of looking after your postpartum body.

Awesome maternity pad

I usually use their pads and tampons and I’ve always been happy with their high quality products - the pads, tampons and underwear; so I was sure the maternity pads would be the same and they didn’t disappoint! I would definitely repurchase and highly recommend!

Thick pad for thick thighs
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my bubba a few months ago and have been bleeding ever since and needed to have a d&c. So I thought these were gonna be a life saver but unfortunately my bleeding was abit too heavy for these pads. The quality is amazing and I usually use U by Kotex for when I have a period but yeah, these didn’t provide me with enough protection.

Long enough and comfy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the size and thickness of the pad as it is able to absorb a lot. These pads are very comfortable to wear and individual packing makes it easy to carry them. But they don’t have wings which makes them easy to move from their place. Getting up again with a new baby, I need more stability of my pad to prevent accidents.

The best that i have tried

It does not have the wet feeling and kept me dry overnight. It did not leak either. It definitely helped with the heavy flow and it is a really good value for money. Convenient packaging size

I did not use them right after giving birth but around 5 days postpartum and they were sufficient absorbency. They contained everything and there was no smell either. The packing is nice and colorful and not a too big packaging size.

Good absorbency, and good length for laying down - didn't have to worry too much about which way I was laying and leakage. I personally prefer pads with wings though, and these pads are wingless.

Longer pad and greater absorption

The only thing I wish they had were wings as I tend to feel more secure, otherwise a great product and will definitely recommend!

Perfect for Post-Birth!

They were absorbent and much more comfortable than the pads provided by the hospital. They stuck to my underwear well and gave great coverage. They were also great to use once coming home and weren't too bulky.

Protection as needed

It’s great that it’s wide as well, however I would have really preferred wings as this helps keep the pad in place especially when sleeping

Because I found leakage did occur over the sides. The thickness was perfect but definitely need wings to protect the sides. And to stick properly to underwear.

They are a great length and super absorbent. I would personally prefer it if they came with wings, as I got some bunching that would have caused leakage with a heavier flow.

Maternity pads

They were great at protecting from leaks and felt like I was wearing a normal sized pad rather than a ginormous bulky maternity pad. I was able to wear tight jeans and tights again without a noticeable bulge.

Great protection to navigate postpartum

Disappointed
I have been using these maternity pads for years as I have a heavy flow and found these the most comfortable and reliable. Recently, the quality has decreased and now they just fall apart while wearing them. So disappointed, bring back the original!

Comfy and absorbent
