I felt they kept me feeling 'fresh' and didn't feel like they got heavy. These were fantastic for using when doing physical activity, as they were felxible and didn't get bunched up or move while doing so. They also had a decent amount of absorbency, but I would only use them at the very beginning or end of your period, as I don't feel they would absorb a heavier flow

I have been using regularly for a long time for everyday use to remain fresh. They are light and soft, and I love the feature that you can bend them to fit your underwear( can be folded into a smaller shape if necessary). Definitely recommend to have some of them always in your purse as well as they are so thin and can easily fit into a wallet/bag for emergencies.

Perfect to keep you feeling fresh and clean. They are light so you don't even notice you are wearing a liner. These Sports liners are a discreet layer of added protection that withstands sweat that comes along with being active.Would definitely recommend these for both everyday and sports use.

I liked that they weren’t bulky and were flexible. It was very handy to have seperate packs containing the liners inside the box so I could grab a small amount for my handbag. I also thought it was great that they fold to fit g-strings!

I have been wearing them every day for more than a year now. The liners are thin yet sturdy and are easy to wear and super comfortable. It stays in place all day and provides reliable protection. It provides a special kind of help if you play sports it is the liners to get, that are extra coverage for when we worry about any unwanted leaks especially as we break a sweat!

My only gripe is that they're not wide enough, I'd love a bit more undie coverage. But for the good parts: super thin, so easy to forget you're wearing them which is always a plus. I found they kept me feeling pretty dry overall, and didn't bunch too much.

Could you do one or the other? Or only occassionally offer a pouch as an extra attached on the package? It's so much soft plastic waste that can't go in the recyling bin, at least not in Brisbane. :(

Being a lady who has worn pads / liners her entire life i always stressed about getting rashes from exercising down below. After trying this product, they're breathable and work perfect! would definitely continue using these when exercising.

I also use them on light flow days as they don’t leak at all. The only thing is that they aren’t super sticky, so whilst they stay put they are hard to wear with gstrings.

I love the sports tampons as they're comfortable, don't fluff and are extra absorbent without being bulky. The liners are just as good, they're breathable, flexible and feel barely there. I is top of its class in women's products in my opinion!

I don’t work out but I walk a lot and having a flexible liner really helps with maintaining a comfortable stride. Get it!!
