Very little cream in tube when arrived.
The package arrived on time and in great shape. However, and this is NOT the seller's fault, the tube had very little cream in it even though it arrived factory sealed. It appeared to have been mostly air and very little cream came out when the tube was squeezed. I am sure this was a quality oversight from the manufacturer, but clearly they let a tube out of their factory with much less product in the tube than they promised. This product works, but this particular tube was extremely deficient in terms of amount of product. Very unhappy. Had to order more and won't get it for some time yet because it comes from so far away.

Good stuff
Pencyclovir (vectavir) works best on cold sores (herpes) in the mouth area. It's the only thing I will use.

We can no longer buy cold sore treatment containing penciclover in the UK. This cream is the best I have ever used. Found some in Australia and ordered it. Just used it. Cold sore gone in a few days. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

It really works

Excellent product.
Only need a light smear as (for the volume) it's fairly expensive
