this product is economical, only small amount required when used.I am magnesium deficient, and while I take tablets for condition, and use epsom salts in bath and soak my feet, my muscles still get sore and ache at times. I was reaching for the Deep Heat product recently and diverted and tried Ancient Minerals Magnesium Gel on these spots, mainly to increase my intake of magnesium but avoiding going through the stomach. I was totally surprised with the result, by using it topically on these aching muscles it worked! The aches went away very quickly. I'm rapt!
At first it leaves creamy, slightly light oily feel, but this disappears in time, certainly doesn't bother me, especially when the aches had gone!
