For Menstrual Discomfort: Start on Day 12 to 20 with 1/4 small 2.5ml teaspoon am & pm then Day 21 to 28 with 1/2 a small teaspoon am & pm. For Menopause: Start on Day 7 with 1/4 of a small 2.5ml teaspoon am & pm then as above creating a new cycle if necessary. NB: Day 1 is always the start of your period.

Fantastic!
I have used this product in the past to regulate my cycle- and even to bring it back! It is very effective, though like with all natural products it does take some time to see effects. Be patient! It is worth it. It also improved my skin.

I am excited to try this product!
I have been using this product for a month and not many changes have been noticed, however this is normal as it mentions on the website that normally it takes 3 months of using it.
A whole jar lasts about 3 months, so far that is ringing true, it may even last a bit longer. It is easy to apply, easy instructions, the price is good and comes from a trustworthy source.
I am excited to keep going with it and see what happens, personally the price is good and with all natural ingredients; there is no harm in trying it out.
If you go on to the actual website of the company that produces this cream, they are extremely helpful and reply straight away with any questions and there is a lot of information there.
I say try it out it!

Great product
This cream really helps. I am peri-menopausal and my cycle was so irregular I was having a period every 2 weeks- so annoying! But this cream has me back out to over 3 weeks, and helps to alleviate other symtoms too.

Hot flushes
It seems to work when I get hot flushes. I have taken the tablets (different brand), with similar ingredients and they didn’t seem to work as much as I’d liked. Have been having hot flushes for about eight years, so it is a relief, as have only been using for a couple of weeks.

Exceeded Expectations
After suffering from hot flushes for years Anna's Wild Yam Cream was used upon the recommendation of our GP. With reluctance I was willing to try it after experimenting with many products. This product is natural and has a positive effect on the body's ability to produce Progesterone. try it without fear.
Good product. It has done the job I expected within two weeks of my wife applying it. it has taken away her mood swings, emotional ups and downs and she is now at peace. thanks for a great product. it is not the cheapest product but it works.

Great product for hormonal imbalance
I have been having hot flushes due to peri/ menopause and am using this cream as well as taking all sorts of herbal and Chinese supplements. They all help, and it's hard to identify which does the most, but whenever I stop the cream the flushes become a bit worse.
So even though science hasn't proven that wild yam can be converted to hormones in human body, there must be something in it!
And it is nice feeling and smelling cream anyway.

good quality and packaging
The packaging and delivery were excellent. 2 weeks or 10 working days as mentioned. The cream smells great and it absorbs quickly unlike other creams that feels greasy for hours. Plus, it is all natural with natural preservative which is a big plus for me. After 2 weeks, I am already seeing a difference, sleeping better and more calm.
