An excellent product for painful joints, get walking again.I have been taking this product for a number of years now, I went on it because I was having great difficulty with my hips and knee joints and could hardly walk even short distances, I read an article about the Green Lipped muscle and how good it was for anyone suffering debilitating joint pain so I started to take this product, six capsules a day and after only a few weeks my joint pain was much less and I was able to walk again, I have been on it for quite a while now and highly recommend it to anyone who is having difficulty walking or any joint pain at all, I am now on a maintainence dose of 4 capsules a day just to keep the pain under control and so I can still get about,. It's a wonderful product and I highly recommend it to anyone who is suffering from joint pain, it takes about 2-4 weeks to get the full benefit from this product.
