Each Tablet Contains: Calcium (as carbonate) 600mg, Vit D3 (as choecalciferol) 500IU, Magnesium (as Oxide) 50mg, Zinc (as oxide) 7.5mg, Copper (as sulphate) 500mcg, Manganese (as sulphate) 1.75mg
