excellent for Pre Menstrual symptoms
After taking tablets for 2 months I saw a tremendous change in pre-menstrual symptoms, most noticeably, less pain and discomfort during and before menstruation, and also a reduction in mood swings. When I stopped taking them for a couple of months I noticed how much more irritable and tearful I became the week before a period and also how the bloating and cramps were much worse. I would not be without them.

Also works for menopause!
Premular was prescribed for me by a specialist (gynecologist) to help relief symptoms of menopause. I had to double check this as it is also good for PMS. I’ve been using it for over a year now and find it excellent. Helps me in reducing hot flashes and other menopausal symptoms through balancing my hormones. And it’s a natural, herbal medicine which is important for me

Great stabilising product for PMS
I was recommended these tablets by a girlfriend who comes from a family of 5 women- all of whom now take these tablets and swear by them now. I have always had some monthly effects of the swinging hormones of the menstrual cycle; bloating, pain, mood swings, fragility and even sleep issues. As I have aged and after kids I have found some symptoms have lessened and some have worsened. I was sick of these and wanted to find something to help my month be more stable. I tried Flordis Premular tablets and found them effective within the first month, particularly for mood and bloating. I have found with continued use that their effect has gotten better and my months feel much more stable now and I don't even notice any bloating. I am much happier and so are my family and I am buying a few packs at a time now so I know I always have them.
I recommend trying them if you have issues over the month due to changing bodily hormones.

Hoping it will work!
I have bought this product on the recommendation of friends to relieve "hot flushes". I believe you have to use it for 3 months before it works so I'm into month 2 and just hoping it will work!!!!

Has Helped alleviate some PMS symptoms
I was put onto this product by my naturopath to help with balancing my Oestrogen and Progesterone levels. I have found that the worst of my symptoms have subsided.
