I have been taking Flordis ReDormin Forte for Sleep for about a month now with no discernable impact on my sleep pattern. It just doesn't work for me and I won't be continuing with it when my current supply runs out.

Best for a good nights sleep
I swear by this product - have taken it especially when stress keeps me up at night, find it helpful for relaxing. Sometimes will take it for a few days in a row or just when I know I'll have trouble falling asleep.

Lifesaver!
