Adults: Take 1 capsule daily swallowed whole with water. Do not chew. Not to be used in children. For Adults 18+.
The active ingredient is lavender oil 80mg.
Seremind® does not contain eggs, peanuts, soy beans, tree nut products, yeast, gluten, artificial colours, flavourings and preservatives.
- Do not take Seremind® if you are allergic to lavender oil or any of the other ingredients in this medicine.
- Do not take Seremind® if you have impairment of hepatic (liver) function.
- Do not take the capsules if the blister seal is broken.
- Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: It is not recommended to use Seremind® whilst pregnant or breastfeeding, as there is no clinical data available on its use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Fantastic product!
After suffering anxiety for a while now I found these and thought they were worth a try before prescribed anxiety meds. I was sceptical..
These capsules are great! It does take a week or so before you see results, given time I am now sleeping better and feel more relaxed during the day. Yes you can burp and taste the odd lavender but nothing too offensive. Definitely worth a go for those with mild anxiety.

Great to take the edge off
I got these a few weeks ago and I love them. I take one everyday to help with my anxiety and sleepless nights.
They make me feel mellow and relaxed after taking one. I can’t live without these now.
Took about 2 weeks for the full effect.

AMAZING
I have been a huge anxiety sufferer for years and the last 12 months my sleep has been terrible. I saw these and thought I would give them a go. I will not stop taking them. My sleep has improved by 90% and my anxiety drops so much after taking one.
The lavender burps are strong but just drink a glass of water with it and its fine. Highly recommend.

Worth trying these.
I was warned these tablets wouldn't work immediately to solve my sleepless nights problem but after taking one a day for a few weeks I do feel they are helping a little. Certainly worth trying as they are a natural product and I don't want to take prescribed sleeping pills.

Cured my Anxiety!!
Soo worth a try!! I have literally tried everything to help with my anxiety and this has been just as good as Valium without the come down, and just instantly relaxes me and boosts my mood thank you to whoever made this product!!

Great for Anxiety
