Great for backing of refined carb sugar rush symptoms
We've found Bitter Melon to be one of the better products available to counteract the high sugar response from refined carbs, i.e. heat, flushed cheeks, irritability, indigestibility. If you know which foods react with you, take one capsule prior or during consumption and symptoms will either not eventuate or certainly be minimised. We have them with us everywhere we go!
