The dosage is one pill per day. Swallow the tablet whole, with a full glass of water. The pills have a unique coating that protects them from the acidic contents of your stomach, so do not crush or chew them. For this drug to work properly, the covering must not be broken.
Continue to take your medication for at least 7 days, and up to 14 days. You shouldn't use it for more than 14 days unless your doctor tells you to.
Store below 25°C in a cool dry place.

Do not take if you have severe liver disease or cirrhosis, if you are on atazanavir (antiviral medication), if the blister foil is damaged, or for more than 14 days, unless advised by a doctor.

Consult your doctor if the symptoms continue or reoccur within two weeks after finishing the course of medication. Ask your doctor or pharmacist whether you are taking any additional medications on a regular basis.
