It really worksI used to have knees that clicked/grind and you could feel the heat emanating from them. With Arthro-Aid it took three months to kick in but I have no pain, no clicking, no heat. I changed product once and all the symptoms came back, re-started with Arthro- Aid and all the symptoms disappeared again. That was eight years ago and I'm still taking them.
