- In a small saucepan boil 500mL of water.
- Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil to fast boiling water and then vegie alphabet pasta, stirring occasionally.
- Cook for approximately 5 minutes.
- Drain and rinse pasta with hot water. Leave to stand until pasta is a safe temperature for your child before serving.
Spring Vegetable Sauce
- Take 1 cup of organic Spring vegetables - our children love peas, squash, carrots and sweet potato
- Wash, peel vegetables and cut roughly into centimetre pieces
- Add 1/4 cup of boiling water and steam over a medium to low heat until tender (about 5 minutes)
- Blend or puree until smooth and serve with Bellamy's Organic Baby Macaroni
