Great vitamins but the size is too big to swallowI started noticing that my body needs more complex supplements during the first trimester of pregnancy. Always felt tired, bloating, constipated, the fatigue was at the lowest. Since I consumed Blackmores pregancy gold, I noticed my body started to feel better and be more energized. Although I never throw up, but I have nausea and bloating, and everything tastes bad including the water. This blackmores for pregnancy and breast feeding gold, requires you to take 2 pills for daily intake at once. The experience each time I have to drink the pills really traumatize me because I always feel the closest to throw up when it happens. On top of that, the texture is somewhat sticky in the esophagus, making it harder to swallow. Hopefully, you guys can fix this.. because I have to change to the other supplement. Thank you

The best!Ive tried a few pregnancy vitamins and Blackmores is the only one i dont feel nauseous! Easy to swallow and no bad taste! As soon as i started taking i noticed i was feeling really well. I recommend this to all my friends.

Way too big and unappealing flavourI've bought these a few weeks ago and have struggled with them from day one. I'm taking other tablets too that are normal size and I don't have an issue with those, and I've never struggled taking (big) pills in the past, however the Blackmore pills are quite big and they taste like artificial chocolate (pretty much everything tastes or smells revolting at the moment), so if I try to take them with water I throw up instantly. Considering they're a pregnancy supplement for early pregnancy, which is when almost everything tastes or smells revolting, I think they should've been made smaller and with a neutral flavour. You need to take two pills a day and it has actually become half traumatizing due to the vomiting. On the other hand I've felt more energetic so I'm sure they're doing their job. You can't take them with most food due to the weird flavour, only thing that works for me is eating them with fruits to disguise the taste.

Healthy babyI switched to this instead of Elevit around the 9 week mark because Elevit was giving me really bad morning sickness (actually just all day nausea) as well as constipation. I just felt awful all day like I was on a spinning tea cup ride for weeks and thought that was just how it was going to be for me.. It was the last straw when I vomited straight after taking Elevit. So I researched and people suggested swapping to blackmores and holyyy moly I’m so glad I did, goodbye spinning teacup ride and hello normal life. I was no longer nauseous, the next day I had my energy back and didn’t feel god awful, I hiked a mountain the next week for god sake. But the best result of all is I’ve had my 20 week ultrasound and we have one very healthy baby girl! Couldn’t thank you enough, thank you thank you thank you!!

Constipation and bloatingBought this for my pregnancy. I’m on extra iron which I’ve been on for a year. Added this and have been extremely constipated and bloated. In quite a bit of pain. Swapped to a different supplement - a once per day type and no constipation or bloating. Tried swapping back and immediately constipated again.
Stopped taking iron and still constipated. The ‘low constipation iron’ is nonsense.

Great ProductI found this product extremely good, almost as soon as I started taking this I had a little extra bounce in my step! I was feeling quite lethargic after my pregnancy and looked around for a while to find something to get me going in the morning after some restless nights with baby waking and general comfortableness...
I would definitely recommend this product.
