Sleep: Spray around bedroom or on pillow 10 minutes before bed to promote restful sleep. Repeat as necessary.
Stress & mild anxiety: Spray room as required. For increased relaxation and mild tension headaches, spray onto fingers and massage into temples. Repeat every 3-4 hours as required.
Relaxation: Spray in the air and inhale aroma. Repeat as necessary.

Bosisto Products - Unbeatable!As with all Bosisto products there is an effectiveness and multi-purpose usage that is hard to beat.
I use the Bosisto Lavender spray (as well as the Bosisto Eucalyptus spray) in my teaching studio, in the bathroom (including the smallest room in the 🏠 house😉), in the kitchen, in the bedroom (lavender is good for a good night's sleep 😴), in fact, most anywhere in the house!
I have also mixed a combination of Eucalyptus and Lavender oils with a certain amount of water for an improvised spray against household and garden pests.
Whenever Bosisto's have a 40% Sale I am there! This company offers great value, quality products and service which is hard to beat!

Natural Family helper.Very versatile Lavender spray. I Love the fresh clean smell of the Lavender throughout the house. I also spray it on the Pillows, to relax who ever is going to sleep there. Mosquitoes do not like Lavender, or so I am told. So it is good to spray around windows and doors leader to the outside. Stops them coming inside.

Help from Lavender SprayI often have problems falling asleep, so when this happens I spray my pillow & around the top of my bed with Bosisto's Lavender Spray & I can always guarantee that I'll fall asleep within a short period of time & have a very relaxing sleep.

Wonderful.I bought this for my toddler granddaughter, who exhibits ADHD behaviour (her dad has it). It's calms her down for naptime and bedtime. I spray a tiny bit on her upper clothing, below her shoulder. It really helps.
