For adults: 2-3 sprays per nostril, 4-6 times daily. Insert nozzle into one nostril and fully depress the pump while breathing in through the nose. Repeat in other nostril.

Works very wellWhile on holiday last year, in Australia, I needed to purchase some saline nose spray and found Bosisto's Eucalyptus nasal spray. It was a fantastic find. Usually, I have to supplement a saline spray with a decongestant spray, but with Bosisto's I can do without the extra spray. Bosisto's works so well for me I don't need to worry about side affects caused by chemicals with the decongestant sprays. An added benefit was the cost. I bought two Bosisto's instead of my usual one saline spray. Definitely worth the price.

Bosisto’s eucalyptus nasal spray.This is all I have needed for chronic sinusitis, avoiding other steroidal based prescription sprays. It continues to be efficacious. A good natural remedy for me.
