Rated 5 out of 5 by Glynis from I'm getting there I bought this a month ago to help me with my pain ,which I have had for years in the joint at the top of my right leg. I was going to see a dr but had put it off for years because of where the pain was but intermittently the pain was becoming so bad I was almost crying. I thought, I will try this, and if it doesn't work, I will suck it up and go to the Dr. Pain now is very tolerable and I frequently no pain at all. I still am being careful though but I walk the dog twice a day, almost always over 10-12 thousand steps a day. I'm not saying pains gone but I am mostly pain free. One tip I can give, take it prior to walk or workout so your body helps it move to where it needs to go. My reasoning, if you grease up a machine part you move it so the grease distributes to where you need the grease to go. Hope my experience helps someone.
