Please bring back the 'original' formulaPlease bring back the the OLD Gentle Skin Cleanser formula! It was 'perfection' and did not need changing. I have been using this cleanser for 30 years at the recommendation of my dermatologist and all of my adult children have grown up with the pump pack in the shower and they miss it too! The new formula has a really unpleasant smell while using and leaves the skin feeling like it has been cleaned with soap. I cannot believe that I will now have to find a new cleanser.

The new formula is terrible!I have been using cetaphil face cleanser for 25 years and have always been very happy with it. This ‘new & improved’ version is terrible! It’s smells funky, leaves a stinky residue on my face washer, and doesn’t leave the same clean, gentle, soft feel of the original formula. Why would you mess with a good thing? Please, please bring back the original formula! I cannot buy your product any more. Absolutely devastated to have to find a new cleanser after all these years. Why do companies do this to their incredibly loyal customers?

New formula on gentle skin cleanser- no goodI would like to use the old formula on this skin cleanser and i want to know if your company would change back to the old formula. I attach the old formula photo to you for identify purpose. By using the new formula cleanser, i lost the feeling of the used good product. Please change back to the old formula or let your customer/user to choose the new or old formula to buy. I do not like the new changed formula at all. It is not the same product to me.

New formula is terrible, you have lost a customerAfter using this amazing product daily for the past 22 years I am absolutely devastated that you have ruined this amazing product by changing the formula. The new formula smells like soap and feels terrible on my skin. I WILL NEVER buy this new formula again, bring back the perfect product you had, if not you have lost me as a customer.

Healthier skin[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product blew me away! As someone with sensitive skin who has never been able to solve it, this had me skeptical.
I’ve ditched skincare a long time ago as I just couldn’t find one that worked for my skin.
This felt so nice to put on my face, it rinsed off super well which is a win for me too.
The best part? After yearsss of getting peeling/flaky skin after wearing foundation, not only did this help cleanse my skin so well I was able to wear foundation the following day too with ZERO skin issue. This hasn’t happened in 14years years! I am amazed with with this product , 5/5!

Good product but prefer the former formula!I bought it last week. Just realized that they change the formula and packaging. I got so much stress with new smell from this new formula while it says no fragrance. This obsessed me in a negative way :( please consider to innovate this point
