Doesn't quite cut it for me
For me, it's a quite mediocre antihistamine. To get relief from hayfever I had to take two tablets in the morning and its effects would wear off later in the day meaning I'd have to take more in the evening. I still found that my hayfever was still there, just not as bad.
I never got any of the common side effects like drowsiness, but from what I understand, taking upwards of 40mg a day is much more likely to cause sedation and other issues. There are much better alternatives that are about the same price (Lorastyne) and even if it's more expensive you will save money if you're like me taking more than 1 pill of c-zine a day. So why risk it?

Poor expiry date
I have bought products from Pharmacy online over a long time. I often buy sufficient quantity to last me 6 to 12 months. However this time the product C-zine (ordered about 8 mths supply) only had 3 months expiry date. As a retired pharmacist I think that's very poor practice.

Chemists’ Own C-Zine works exactly the same as Zyrtec and the savings are amazing. Definitely a good buy.

This product has good results
I have a skin allergy which causes my skin to become very itchy. I find that this product is very good at relieving the symptoms for almost 24 hours. I prefer this product over other medications that I have tried.

excellent product reduces the effects of hay fever
