At nappy change, remove wet and soiled nappy and clean area thoroughly. Apply QV Baby Barrier Cream to affected skin at every nappy change. Pay particular attention to ensure application to the folds of the baby's skin.

Great cream!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used this QV baby barrier cream on baby and toddler (who is still in nappies). They are prone to nappy rash every so often and it can cause them so much pain and is often hard to clear up. The QV baby barrier cream is paediatrician-recommended and seems to really sooth their sensitive skin. We usually have no tears when applying, even on particularly sore areas. The cream is not sticky or greasy but seems to provide an excellent shield. I find that the rash often clears in a couple of days after using the QV baby barrier cream. I’d definitely recommend it to all parents of young children.

Safe and effective
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This baby barrier cream has been so good on my babies skin i would highly recommend it! A little goes a long way, easy to open and apply. The tube makes it easy to get out every last bit so there is no wasting of the product. When applied, it did not have a strong scent and dlwas not greasy however left a moisturised barrier layer which seemed to soothe until the next nappy change. Redness appeared to be minimised. This was also great for the redness on my babies skin between folds of skin which occurs regularly. It helped to keep the area moisturised and non abrasive therefore reduced redness.

Good Barrier Cream
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My baby has very sensitive skin and is very easy to get nappy rash. I got a sample of this to try on. Initially I wasn’t sure what a “barrier cream” stands for, but by reading the descriptions etc I figured it out. I was a bit hesitant to try it on my baby, as when I put it on him, it was a little bit white – different than the ones I have used in the past. However, I did find it very light and easy to apply all over bub’s bum. Also when there’s a little rash present, it certainly helps relieve and treat the area and baby feels better. Happy baby, happy mum. I would recommend it to other parents.

Barrier cream

The QV barrier cream is suitable for sensitive skin types. When teething, my daughter had quite bad nappy rash, which was about when I started QV barrier cream.
The cream helped sooth the rash, which slowly faded after a day or so. From them, it served as a good nappy rash cream and we haven’t had any major nappy rashes since (touch wood)
I like that it is in a tube- easy to squirt onto finger when doing nappy change without having to dip fingers into a tub. It also doesn’t feel greasy and sticky on your hand after, which I’m sure is a good sign on how it’s be feeling on Bub too

Easy to use and effective.

I received this as part of the Bounty Parents Trial Team Discovery Bag, to trial new products. I would use it again and buy it at the shops when I need a nappy/barrier cream.
The QV Baby Barrier Cream is easy to use, and has a good consistency. I applied it where I usually use nappy cream, around the legs, and in my newborn’s creases. My son also had some rash behind his ears, from moisture build up, and it cleared it up quickly.
The tube is a handy size for the nappy bag, and easy to squeeze the right amount for what you need.

Very nourishing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this QV Baby Barrier cream as a part of a trial and we started using it on our little boy as soon as we received it in the post.
It came in a tube that is very comfortable and easy to use and the texture was thinner than the one we previously used.
It kept his little tooshie nourished and comfortable in his nappie.
We are still testing this cream and will continue to until finished as we haven’t had a red bum to test the cream so far but taking the QV products into consideration we are highly confident that the barrier cream will provide the same results as other creams

Versatile cream
My cousin would use this on her baby whenever he would get eczema flare ups and rashes. It would help calm his skin, take away the redness and itchiness. As the main ingredient is zinc, it would work well for adults too.
The cream was very thick and because of the zinc it would leave a bit of a white cast onto the skin so you had to really rub it in to get the product to absorb (similar to sunscreen).
Even though it was labelled as non sticky and greasy I did get a bit of that tacky feeling when using it. I wasn't too keen on the fact that it contained mineral oil as it can clog pores and cause congestion and breakouts.
