Tired from broken sleep due to leg cramps, I relished the opportunity to pamper myself. The flakes smell great, dissolve easily with no residue left in the bath. The first time I used them I slept better - sounder and without waking with calf cramps. I'd read about the benefits of magnesium but was not expecting to be this impressed! I have since bought another pack as the flakes are perfect for long soaks - especially during this freezing Winter!

Lives up to its name!Love this product! I rarely have a bath and when I do I want to feel relaxed and muscles eased of tension. This product is perfect for this! Great smell especially as I love essential oils not fake scents! My muscles have definitely benefited each bath with this product and my kids really benefit also! Will buy again! Perfect for anyone wanting a basic calming feeling or needing that extra muscle tension release. Love!

Lavender Relaxation for the MindRight from the moment my package arrived, I had a positive, relaxing experience with Epzen. The box and packaging were so on point in starting the relaxation experience with a beautiful periwinkle colour and cute, funky stickers. The relaxation continued when I popped the calm soak bath flakes into my bath. They gave it a lovely relaxing lavender smell and vibe, too. I think the power of these flakes is in their calming effect, the improvement in my mood and anxiety post-bath was noticeable (even my partner commented). One thing worth noting, if I'm being fully transparent, is that I'm not sure there was a physical effect on my body like with Epsom salt, but the calming effect on my mind was still very much worth it! I also think it's worth pairing these with a bubble bath, since there's no foaming effect with the flakes alone.

Just what I needed!This product is AMAZING!!!
I have a lot of trouble switching off with my ridiculously active mind, and with this calm soak, I managed to actually feel calm and start to switch off before bed. I love that it calms me but also assists with my aching muscles! I love this product so much!

Clean soakOn opening the scent delights. The flakes practically dissolve instantly once in the warm bath water. I expected the water to be slightly coloured and with a nice smell, but no water was clear once flakes dissolved and unfortunately I could no longer smell the flakes.

Relax in styleUpon opening the packet the beautiful sent of lavender filled the air - I knew this was going to be a relaxing soak. The flakes dissolved quickly in the bath. Great product that not only smelt wonderful but let my muscles relax after a hard day of sport.

Perfect for relaxing after hockey!I enjoyed this product as I really dont enjoy strongly perfumed and scented bath products. I found this scent very mild and pleasant. The magnesium salts are very relaxing and I particularly enjoy them after an energetic hockey game. Highly recommended.
