Directions For Use

Adults:

For therapeutic applications of magnesium: Add 1 scoop (8.7g) to 200mL of water twice daily.

For daily magnesium supplementation: Add 1 scoop (8.7g) to 200mL of water once daily. Or as directed by a healthcare professional.

I have started suffering legs cramps at night and was recommended to try Magnesium - the relief was fast after taking the recommended dose in water. I have tried magnesium tablets, including quite expensive well known brands and didn't get the result that I have found with Ethical Nutrients Mega Magnesium! It's tastes great as well!
