Good quality, good deal
Lecithin is a primary source of choline, a useful B group member which is used in the management of stress and even withdrawals from drugs, legal or illegal. It's been used for heroin withdrawals. It's also used for weight loss and absorption of some amino acids. Lecithin is a supplement I use regularly and this product is definitely among the best, compared to any name brand.
