One of the best electrolyte replacement brands on the market
This is one of the best electrolyte replacement brands on the market. As a nurse I take it regularly myself to prevent electrolyte imbalance, heat stroke and the awful symptoms of dehydration. I have recommended this product many times to people in Australia as it can get scorchingly hot into the 40s. My husband when working on roadworks would also take it regularly when working outside. It comes as sachets, already made up or in ice-blocks for children.
