The brush handles are smooth and feel just like traditional toothbrushes. The toothbrush bristles are made from nylon. The head can be broken off and recycled. Use minimal pressure and brush in a circular motion. Use with Jack N Jill natural toothpaste. Replace toothbrush every 6-8 weeks or earlier if worn.

Disposal Instructions:
