Enjoyed the taste of chocolate!I suffer as a lactose intolerance person and have recently discovered these caplets. I can say now that it is nice to be able to have an ice cream with my grand kids. When I know that I am offered any dairy product and want to have some I just take one of these caplets and no major effects of the dairy. I only take them on special occasion and I wouldn't recommend them as a constant use, but this Easter was the first time in so many years I have enjoyed the taste of chocolate.

Convenient and a socialising game-changerSuch a great product and I wouldn’t be without it. That they are double-strength is brilliant, and I love the convenience of them being chewable.
They mean I can still enjoy foods when I go out without needing to worry about the anti-social after effects of having a bit of lactose.
The only shame is they don't come in larger boxes with more in each box.

It does the thingI've used a few times at meals now over the last 2 weeks and it was a case of "no news is good news", I just felt nice and normal after dairy like I did in the carefree days of youth. I haven't noticed any side effects.
