Directions For Use

Measure against the base of your shoe, matching the heel of the insole to the heel of your shoe. Trim the toe area to size.
Slide insole into shoe and test the fit, trimming a little of the toe area at a time to fit. The insole heel should fit firmly up against the inside heel of your shoe

Thick insoles for roomy boots, shoes or sneakers. Slim insoles for tighter fitting shoes. Trim to size

Wash in warm soapy water and dry flat. Replace after 6 months or with signs of wear.

She looked at my ultra sport insole and said perhaps we could do better than them but had to follow up on my scans and X-rays to see the problem. Within days my foot began to feel better wearing the insoles everyday. She called back to advise me she still couldn't see where the pain was coming from but to go back to see her to be fitted with their insoles?? 2 weeks on the pain is decreasing and I'm sure it's your insole helping me. I've had the pain since Aug. 2022.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Peter from Worst insoles ever These insoles are very uncomfortable. The "arch support" is not supportive, but rather like a solid rock sewed into the insole. They were also quite difficult to cut. Definitely not worth the money.
