- Measure against the base of your shoe, matching the heel of the insole to the heel of your shoe. Trim the toe area to size.
- Slide insole into shoe and test the fit, trimming a little of the toe area at a time to fit. The insole heel should fit firmly up against the inside heel of your shoe.
Wash in warm soapy water and dry flat. Replace after 6 months or with signs of wear.

Superb Insoles.. the best
I used to buy these in Australia for my work boots as I thread concrete all day in my warehousing job.
I then moved country and since then I had purchased many brand of insoles looking for this type of protection from hard surface walking.
Came across this brand by chance as I couldn't remember the name.. thank god. They are the best

Poor quality
The air holes have large cut out areas that make the area under the ball of the foot uneven, and there are random holes in the cheap rubber.
