- Clean mouth and dry it, then gently brush your teeth with toothpaste and rinse with water.
- Move the battery’s insulating piece and insert batteries into teeth whitening light
- Attach mouth piece to the teeth whitening light
- Apply ¼ syringe of Smile-Brite Whitening light.
- Place the mouth-piece over your teeth. Wipe off any gel that is in contact with your gums.
- Press the start button to enter into a 10 minutes countdown, close your mouth on the mouth-piece.
- After 10 minutes, remove the mouth-piece.
- Rinse your teeth with warm water, then take off the mouth-piece from the whitening light, and clean it.
