Adults and children 2 years of age and over: Rub on the chest and/or throat at night and/or morning. For sore muscles, rub in up to four times per day, or as directed by a doctor. Do not use on the face or anywhere near the eyes or nostrils.
Store below 25° Celsius. Contains turpentine oil in a white soft paraffin base.
