no information before taking medication.I took the tablets for 3 days when i started to get a burning sensation in my mouth, it was as if i had drank some think very hot. sensation. I spoke to my pharmacy and they told me to stop taking them. As I am on a Heart medication which could have side affects to the bitter Melon.

Bittermelon quality ...more of nature plsthere seems to be lesser of the bitter melon contents in each capsule coz i cannot feel the bitterness quality compared to my previous order...i hope it will improve soon coz i need as much pure bitter melon powder inside each capsule to help me maintain a healthy blood sugar ....overall it was okay so a 3....but it needs improvement ..need more of natural bitter melon extracts inside and lesser of what they call aritificial fillers.... i think ..
