New formula is terrible!!
This was by far the best moisturiser on the market until you introduced the new vegan formula, which is honestly terrible! It no longer absorbs or moisturises the skin. Instead, it just sits on top, leaving white streaks everywhere and failing to do its job. Rather than recommending alternative products, none of which compare to the original Nivea Soft, could you confirm whether your quality team plans to address the many negative reviews from the past 3 months and bring back the original formula? I'm all for sustainability, but the product needs to actually work! This is so disappointing!

Why change a product that didn’t need change
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Nivea skin products for over 20 years and never had my skin feeling better, even having recommended to using this product to my daughter and other family and friends, up until now by using the new vegan formulated skin cream, as it doesn’t seem to absorb the skin and has left the skin feeling coarse and dry with no moisturising elements at all.
So extremely disappointed by Nivea and this product, why would you change the formula that clearly hasn’t been tested properly, the original formula was absolutely wonderful n amazing.
Therefore now Im having to try and find another product, sadly to say, from another brand and I’m sure I wouldn’t be the only person.

New formula is rubbish
I recently tried the new Nivea soft moisturiser. I’ve been using Nivea soft for at least 2 years and it’s the only cream I’ve never reacted to. The new formula is completely different. Unfortunately it’s not usable for me. It stings when I put it on. Then my face feels sticky and tight. Now after several days of using it I’ve developed a rash. I don’t know why they didn’t keep this the same and just bring out a new product. It’s really frustrating and disappointing.

Bring back the old Formula
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Nivea soft for my face for about 10 years now. I have sensitive skin and found it to be the best product for me. Now using the ‘new’ improved formula my face stings after I have applied it. I also liked the old cream as it was light and make my face so refreshed, with the new formula it feels caky and like I need to apply moisturiser again. I now need to find another product.

Sad to say goodbye after so many years 😥
Like many others I have relied on and recommended Nivea Soft for decades. People always say I look 10 years younger than my actual age and I've attributed this to, what once was, a fantastic daily moisturiser. The new formula just doesn't cut it.
Given the avalanche of similar reviews, are you contemplating returning to the old formula?

Horrible new formula
So glad to see that I'm not the only one who doesn't like the new formula. I have been using the original Nivea Soft formula for about 20 years and absolutely loved it. I have psoriasis and it suited my face perfectly. The new formula is drying and it feels like I haven't used a moisturiser at all once I've applied it.
PLEASE BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL FORMULA!

In love with this product
I love coming home knowing this product is sitting in my bathroom waiting for me. It makes my skin so soft and smooth, I tell everyone I know about it's so amazing. If I could I would use it ten times a day but sadly that would mean I run out, but it would be so worth it. Nivea team you have done well with this product you should be proud.

New Formula Ruined the freshness
I’ve been using Nivea for over 15 years, and until this new formula, I was always very satisfied. However, with the new formula, the fresh and refreshing feeling it used to give my skin is completely gone. I’m really disappointed and not happy with the new version at all. It’s just not the same as it used to be.
