Rated 5 out of 5 by PWS mum from great product My daughter has a chromosome deletion which governs her appetite. the condition is caled Prader-willi Syndrome. They never feel full leading to seek food at all and dangerous costs and they are mentally and behaviourally challenged aswell. However, with the Optifast program whe feels a level of satiety and infact when she originally started the program 9 years ago she initially lost 10 kg over 3 months. I can't imagine us ever stopping although she doesnt follow the strict program anymore.

After being on Optifast a few weeks now I have definitely noted my favourites from the shakes available and Mocha is my definite winner, followed closely by the coffee one. I make it up with 200mls of ice cold water, add a little ice and blitz it till it's frothy and creamy. I would highly recommend this flavour, especially if you like chocolate and coffee.

My order was over the amount but I was still charged for delivery. That was disappointing and therefore there is no advantage to shopping on line as the goods were as expensive as my local chemist.
