Apply the product onto a soft bristled toothbrush. Brush teeth thoroughly at least twice a day (morning and evening) or as recommended by a dentist. Make sure to brush all sensitive areas of the teeth for at least 30 seconds.
Contains 1450ppm Fluoride. Contains Sodium Saccharin.

Good toothpaste for sensitive teeth
I have been using this toothpaste for a while and find it great for my sensitive teeth. Since using it regularly I find I am not getting sensitive feedback on my teeth as much, I can have chilled drinks and food without pain.
I've used various sensitive toothpastes over the years and find this one the best. Many you feel a residue after, or they have a very chalky texture/taste. This toothpaste is mild in taste, I can usually eat or drink within half an hour of my morning brush.
The gum health is an added bonus - I am an avid dentist avoider and when I have had to go I have been complimented on my gum health, and I think a large part of that is this product.

Definitely worth a try
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As somebody with a history of less than perfect dental records, and has degraded enamel levels due to a love of eating lemons as a kid, I have quite sensitive teeth, so something like this is exactly the kind of thing I need. I found my teeth to have less sensitivity when brushing, and no ‘ooh’ and scrunchface moment when drinking very cold drinks since using this. The taste is a bit less fresh minty than I was expecting or perhaps hoped for, but I’ve read that that is maybe a good thing anyway though. Overall, I’ll definitely be buying it for myself to keep using it.

Flashbacks on dentist trips
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A week isn’t long enough to say that it’s really done anything to improve my gums and sensitivity. Then again, so far I’ve not had any issues. What this toothpaste does give me is flashbacks of the dentist from when they had the toothpaste gum that they used. This has that smell, that look and that texture, it just screams dentist to me. Is that a good thing? I’m guessing it’s to bring out that professionally cleaned feeling, and to some extent it does that, you walk away feeling like it was a dentist trip. Hopefully it lives up to the rest of its claims.

Works like magic!
I started getting pain in my gums, and nothing I tried could fix it. So, when I saw this Oral B Gum and Enamel toothpaste in Woolworths, I thought I had nothing to lose, and may as well give it a go. I'm so glad I did, because, like magic, this toothpaste fixed my pain. The relief was instant, and after using it twice a day for a week, I was completely cured from my pain. I now save this toothpaste for when I do start getting gum and/or tooth pain, and using it always fixes it. It really does amaze me every time. If you suffer from any soreness in your mouth, I highly recommend using this toothpaste.

Pleasant but underwhelming
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging is the industry norm- white. Clinical appearance. Messages on the front.
First impressions on use- annoying screw top lip. Two hands required. Putting down of tube or brush to get the lid back on. Frustrating. Needs a flip lid.
Using it there is a very mild flavour which fades during 2minutes of brushing. No after taste which I found disconcerting because Ive grown accustomed to an after flavour as a reminder that I’ve cleansed my teeth.
With a 7 day test I can’t see any reason to purchase this product.

Minty fresh
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lovely to use, very fresh and tasty. In the short term of trialing this product I have felt like my teeth's sensitivity has improved and I'd be very interested to see how they feel after long term use. I would really like to come back and review this product again after another few months of using it. Overall at the moment I'm happy with how my teeth feel and they do feel like they're being cleaned properly and it has improved my gums slightly. I'm using an oral b electric toothbrush with this product as well.

Burns my mouth
I bought this a week ago but I can no longer use this toothpaste, it burns the lining of my mouth straight away, definitely won't be repurchasing it. There's something in it that there just shouldn't be; other toothpastes have not done this to me before and I've tried many. Concerning.
