A Must Have Item.
I have stretch marks on my stomach, I have been trying to get rid of them for a couple of months now. I love using this Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Massage Lotion for Stretch Marks. I have been using this product for over an a week now.
Results: The first couple of days
- My skin was softer and more nourished.
- The stretch marks on my stomach was starting to fade.
- It sucked in my stomach.
Results: One week of using this product
- My stretch marks faded in colour.
- Some of my stretch marks have faded away.
I love using this product and this one of my holy grail products. I will re-purchases this product well into the future.

Not Just for Pregnant Women
This lotion appears to be aimed at pregnant women, however I think it is suitable for anyone with stretch marks due to fluctuating weight.
The body lotion is thick, creamy and has the distinctive Palmer's Cocoa Butter smell. It comes in a handy pump-bottle, however the lotion is so thick that it is difficult to distribute product as you get towards the end of the bottle.
I found that the lotion took a little time to absorb due to the thickness, but skin definitely felt soft and hydrated. Unsure if it made much of a difference to my stretch marks (which aren't overly noticeable to begin with), but a pleasant product regardless.

Best in Beauty Awards 2013 Vote
This is a hard working and quality body lotion. The ingredients in this product are so natural and beneficial for my skin, such as cocoa butter and vitamin E. It has no detectable scent. I apply it all over after showering. Upon application I find that it absorbs quickly. It is so moisturising and nourishing, yet lightweight on my skin. After use my skin feels soft, supple and hydrated. This would be a great product for anyone wanting to prevent or treat stretch marks. Palmer's is one of my favourite body care brands and I would happily recommend this body lotion to others. This product is very well deserving of its Best in Beauty Awards 2013 nomination and my vote!

Great smell and feels luxurious
I used a whole tub through my pregnancy having existing stretch marks from weight loss and gain and got new ones in the short months post pregnancy. I don't think it prevented new stretch marks but it did relieve my itchy skin.
It definitely has a nutty, cocoa smell and has a thick consistency that I found did not absorb into my skin well.
If I used it twice a day as recommended, the previous layer would peel off as I massaged in a new one which was annoying.
It's a great price however and I think (as with all stretch mark creams) that it is the action of massaging the cream in which stimulates the skin to improve marks better than the actual ingredients of the cream.

Keeping those stretch marks at bay- for now!
I have been using this for awhile to prevent stretchmarks during my pregnancy, and it seems to working for now!
I like this rich cream, like a body butter, but it's more smooth and easier to apply.
It does leave a slight residue, but it feels like it's keeping my skin hydrated for longer.
I'm not a huge fan of the cocoa butter smell because it lingers for awhile, but I am quite sensitive to fragrances, and I'm sure others will love the smell.
A little goes a long way, and this is definitely great value for money. As a rich body moisturiser it's great, and I really hope it really prevents any stretchmarks!

Expect moisture, not miracles
Lotions and potions to prevent, minimize or cure stretch marks abound. And the truth is that they can all probably claim some success. Well moisturised skin will stretch more easily before the fibres are damaged, so use of such creams *may* mean fewer stretch marks as you might delay their appearance until later, and as a result end up with less
Enter this cream. It's a nice moisturiser for pregnant women. It's thick enough to be effective, yet thin enough to spread easily. It absorbs quickly so no waiting to get dressed. And the fragrance isn't likely to irritate at all. It delivers moisture, not miracles - you can use it knowing you're doing all you can, but it's not an insurance policy.

This product does feel great when you're using it! It rubs in well to your skin leaving it feeling beautifully soft and moisturised. However I did find the scent a little off putting, but it does go away once rubbed entirely in. I have to say that I still did get stretchmarks when using this product whilst pregnant, but no where near as many as I got when I used Bio-oil during my other pregnancy. I don't think it works well at keeping stretchmarks away, but it does work well at fading them afterwards!! Even though it doesn't prevent stretchmarks ( and I don't think anything can really), at least it keeps the stretching skin well hydrated, giving it a little more stretching ability, and it stops any itchiness too!!

Sofar so great!!!
Sofar so great.<br />I have been using this product for my whole pregnancy (7 months so far) and am delighted that I also HAVE NOT A SINGLE STRETCH MARK (even with the added 14kgs added to date)!!<br />I use this product for during the day and any time I have a itchy belly, as it is deeply nourishing, non-greasy, easy to apply and has a very nice smell. For the evening though I use a richer oil (Weleda).<br />Love these belly lotions/rubs, it is also a great time to connect with your growing baby. I also would recommend this product to anyone that is pregnant.
