This absorbent underwear provides 4 layers of protection for trusted dryness, comfort and odour control making your protection invisible to you and everyone else. They absorb up to 60ml of fluid; the equivalent of 12 teaspoons or up to 5 regular tampons. Just wear, wash and wear again – up to 50 washes for peak performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted a pair of the Poise 2-n-1 period underwear and can safely say they are one the softest period underwear I've tried so far. The lightweight material doesn't feel super thick on my body and the leakage protection area is perfectly thick to hold it all in. I kept these on for a solid 8 hours on the first day of my period without any leakage at all. I also love the high waisted soft elastic band at the top- it doesn't cut into my body like many other brands. I even got away with wearing them under my tight leggings without any underwear line showing. I also love the fact they are made with quality material all round. Highly Recommend!

Comfort and Convenience all in one!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted this product for my honest review which is these are the most comfortable period undies I have worn. I love how the elastic is not tight in the waist/stomach/thigh areas, they're not bulky and there is no weird smell like some other brands get. The only downside for me is I have a heavy flow so would do better with supers when available but the regular were good for the last few days of my cycle. Over all, loved this product.

Excellent product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Poise 2in1 washable underwear is brilliant!! The underwear is so comfortable and it does not feel at all bulky like wearing a pad. I did not experience any leakage and the underwear washed really well. I would highly recommend to all women!

Love these underwear

Comfy undies
Love this product, have quite a few pair now. Would love to see a different colour, beige would be good as you can’t wear black under everything, Had to go with Tena for some beige ones.

Wow so comfortable!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t believe how comfortable these are! They were so good, I washed them and wore them a few days in a row. I have a chunky bum so most undies ride up and feel irritating but these didn’t at all, so the shaping on them is great. I also don’t usually wear high waisted undies but they were comfortable enough and held my post-pregnancy belly in which was nice. No issues with any leaking while I was wearing them either. I think they’re great for periods, or postpartum leakage. I can’t find any faults with them. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family

Surprised at the results
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having already tried period undies, I was keen to see how the Poise 2in1 washable underwear would work for LBL. Washable underwear can be hit and miss (loved Modibodi, hated Bonds). Poise was great, even on the trampoline with the kids and easy to wash. Hopefully they expand the range to include a version with no VPL for fancy nights out!

Love this product

This product is the most comfortable pair of underwear I have ever owned it gives me protection if I do need to snooze or cough and it has no pants lines so I can wear my tight skirts or leggings that do not show any panty lines. Love that the collar was black and they were so easy and they were so easy to wash in the washing machine I tried she machine I tried them on the the clothesline to dry as well as in the dryer both came out feeling came out feeling as good as new would a 1000% recommend
