Rhinocort Hayfever & Allergy 32mcg Original Nasal Spray X 120 Sprays

You need to prime a bottle if it's brand new or if you haven't used it for two consecutive days. To prime the bottle the first time, shake gently, remove the protective cap, hold the bottle firmly and pump for 8 sprays. The pump is now ready to use.

If not used for more than two consecutive days, keep pumping until a fine mist appears. If you don't use it for more than two weeks, rinse the spray tip and then re-prime until a fine mist appears.

Hayfever

In order to treat and prevent hayfever in adults and children (6 years and over) you may use up to 256 micrograms every day by spraying:
TWO sprays into each nostril in the morning, or ONE spray into each nostril in the morning and ONE spray into each nostril in the evening.

After your hayfever has improved, the dose may be reduced to the lowest dose that relieves your symptoms. This may be ONE spray into each nostril in the morning. It may take up to two or three days (in rare cases up to two weeks) of using Rhinocort before you notice any improvement in your symptoms.

Do not exceed 4 sprays in total each day.

Nasal Polyps in adults (18 years and older):

The usual dose of Rhinocort is 256 micrograms every day. This is given by spraying:
ONE spray into each nostril in the morning and ONE spray into each nostril in the evening.
