Directions For Use

Before usage, make sure the product fits well in the shoe, if necessary remove the existing insole. The heel of the insole should be placed against the back of the shoe and if required, trim the end to the desired size following the guidance lines on the product.

For some people, orthotic insoles may take time to feel comfortable. Feet need to get used to the structural properties of the insole, so a break in period may be necessary. If needed, build use gradually by wearing the In-Balance Orthotic Insoles for an increasing number of hours each day until you can wear them all day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by GrandmaPink8 from A PERFECT INSOLE [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having suffered with 'flat feet'/'fallen arches' for many years and having tried other arch supports I'll admit I was a little sceptical when I first inserted them into my shoes. How wrong! I felt the support instantaneously - not sure if imagination but I felt I was standing straighter and taller also. Normally when sitting at the computer I tend to cross my ankles and rest on the sides of my feet - with the Scholl In Balance Arch Insoles I found I kept my feet flat on the floor. I have already recommended them to my daughter. Thanks for the opportunity to trial these insoles.

I removed advantage brand full gel insoles to test the scholl insole, unfortunately they were unsuitable for me as I get corns on my soles of feet and they did not provide cushion relief for that part of my foot. The other thing that could be improved is they are cut small and move around in the shoe, instead of having one suit 3 sizes ( 9-11 ) the ones I tested , maybe make one to fit 2 sizes would provide users a better fit . example size range - (7-8), (9-10), (11-12) etc

Rated 3 out of 5 by EmFeet1 from Orthotic Insoles [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Found that they did not make a huge difference, though also when I had bare feet (ie no sox or stockings) they made my feet very smelly and sweaty. That said, my feet weren't any worse off - and did spend full days in them, including at the markets on my feet all morning. Expect that for anyone with painful feet they would be quite good, but I didn't notice any difference at the end of the day. Need to be aware of relevant shoe size to allow for the extra height they create as shoes could then be too tight, especially if no alternative inside sole to remove.

I have spina bifida, born with it, and I usually have to have my shoes specially made, and they are very expensive. I have now found that by putting one each of the black and green soles in my walking shoes, that I seem to be walking a lot better. they are very comfortable to walk on, and after awhile forget they are even in there. wish someone had told me about these earlier, I could have had a much better time walking even shopping. thanks a million for sending them to me to try.

They offer great support under the arch of the foot and are quite firm under the balls of the feet which is where I sometimes feel pain after a long day on my feet. Having worn them all day at work for a week and being on my feet most of the day I have noticed a reduction in foot pain and tired feet feeling at night. I would definitely buy this product again and highly recommend them.

I needed some time for my feet to get used to Scholl In-Balance Arch Orthotic Insole just like any other insole I used so far. The insole works quite well with cushioning and reduces pressure under the foot ball. It supported my feet in general and helped me walk more comfortably for longer distance. It fits well into all my shoes and it makes my feet less tired throughout the day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first received my Scholl In-Balance Arch Orthotic Insole to test I placed them in my walking shoes first and went for a big walk around the area to test them out. From the first steps the insoles felt really comfortable and I could feel the support in the arches of my feet as I was walking. I then placed them in my work shoes and felt the same way where the insole supported my arches and feet and I was standing during my working day. I will certainly be buying another Scholl In-Balance Arch Orthotic Insoles for all of my shoes. I would certainly recommend these insoles for anyone who has feet issues or just to help support your feet when working or playing sport etc.

Rated 2 out of 5 by gfdxjh from just doenst fit the shoe why are the arch support insole so undersize compare to the rest of your products? they float around in the bottom of the shoe and become uncomfortable because they move out of the correct postion amd when walking on the edge of the sole they become very uncomfortable. stop remove shoe, repostion insole put back on and 30 minute later they are back to having the edge under the heel... are they meant to stop before the toes too if so why so???
