I feel satisfied, alert, this is not a corner shop milk shake. It is a healthy alternative to thinking up another well balanced meal! It works, I use water and blend it with an electric blender. I also drink at least two litres of water. I would recommend this product just be real with taste and texture it's so much better than junk eating."

Rated 3 out of 5 by Nisha H from "wouldnt let me do not to my liking. found it had a weird taste in the first couple shakes that it made and after a while became hard to have :( however i did find that the hunger was satisfied and was loosing weight while on the shakes, it did take a week to get use to not having food but after that it became easier to want this. unfortunately i wont be able to finish the bag :) happy with the progress so far just didnt like this taste "
