Enjoying the shakes so far and the recipes in the book and online.
Unfortunately there was a slit in one of the bags (chocolate) and quite a heap of the powder was outside the bag.
But, que sera sera. Accidents happen.
Energy has lifted and not tired.
Have already sent the website link to a couple of co-workers to five it a try.
Of note though, the Facebook advert said to click on a link "to receive a free shaker will be added to your cart" on first purchase. Didn't show up in my cart. Just thought you should know.
As for flavours, apart from the chocolate, I find the strength of the flavours quite lacking.
I add more instant coffee to the coffee flavour and vanilla essence to the vanilla shakes.
Great product so far.

Been using Manshake for quite a while now and since October 24' have shed close to 7kg of body fat through a combination of a Manshake for breakfast and regular exercise. Using the Manshake as a substitute meal combined with regular exercise and not over eating and not eating crappy foods is a sure fire way to trim down and become healthier and fitter. 5 shakes/30% off deal is a good way to make the Manshake a bit more easier on the pocket.

"As the Passionfruit and Ice Cream flavour is unavailable the Strawberry is the best Shake to have, the flavour is both long lasting and rich, Plus of course the side benifit that it is actuaaly good for you. I now order 2 Strawberry each time I palce an order, so I have double to the amount, I have now lost the best part of 17 Kilos with the man shake and have to say it's due in a major way the the actual taste of the strwaberry shake"

the berry shake is very tasty, i buy a chocolate and a banana shake, mix them together to make chocnana flavour.

"By far the best flavour. I only get this one. I don't need variety. Just love this one. But in future I might be better off just looking for specials in store. I couldn't believe how slow it was to arrive from the source. If you need it make sure you order well in advance. If there had been a scale for delivery in this survey it would have got 1"

I’ve just started using the Variety Pack. These shakes really fill you up! More than any other shake I’ve tried, and I’ve tried a lot! I fully intend on repurchasing “ The Man Shake”. These shakes are tasty and sit well in the gut. Hoping for some weight loss eventually, but in the meantime I highly recommend these shakes! Thank you .
