Adults - Take one tablet daily (between meals), or as professionally prescribed. Store below 30°C in a dry place. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if bottle / or cap seal is missing or broken.
Active ingredients per tablet: Colecalciferol 2.5 microgram, equiv. Vitamin D3 1 mg(100 IU), Fucus vesiculosus (Kelp) ext. 5 mg, derived from dry whole plant 25 mg, equiv. Iodine 5 microgram, Magnesium amino acid chelate 806 mg, equiv. Magnesium 161 mg, Magnesium aspartate dihydrate 100 mg, equiv. Magnesium 7.5 mg, Magnesium orotate dihydrate 100 mg, equiv.
