Directions For Use

Adults - Take one tablet daily, or as professionally prescribed. Place tablet under tongue until dissolved. Store below 30°C in a dry place. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if bottle / or cap seal is missing or broken.

Ingredients/Material

Rated 5 out of 5 by Tazza from Vegan diet requirement for me I became vegan and my sister recommended I begin to take these as it's a vitamin a lot of vegans find themselves low in. Her partner also a vegan decided against them and has since required injections to build this vitamin back up in her system. I took her advice and her and I have both had the normal readings in our blood results.
