I have had trouble with eczema on my hands for years, I have tried so many creams, never getting relief, with splits that bleed and just looking at water was horrible, knowing how much it was going to hurt. I do not like using chemical creams unless I am desperate. I have been using this cream for over a year and will not look at anything else. It has to be applied regularly, at least one to two times a day, sometimes more. I still have flare ups but it is controllable. I highly recommend giving it a try.
